Brent Lindahl

Brent Lindahl is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in data privacy, regulatory compliance, and litigation. Currently serving as Vice President of Legal at FICO since February 2020, Brent focuses on data privacy, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property matters. Previously, Brent was a Senior Managing Counsel, Vice President, and Privacy Officer at Ditech Financial LLC from May 2013 to December 2019, where responsibilities included managing regulatory investigations, guiding senior executives on compliance with financial laws, and overseeing data privacy initiatives. Prior roles include Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright and Briggs and Morgan, P.A., where Brent represented financial institutions in litigation and regulatory matters. Brent holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota and a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
