Byron Lam

Byron Lam is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering leadership and software development across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at FICO, responsibilities include developing dashboard monitoring and alerts, implementing Infrastructure-As-Code and Policy-As-Code, and overseeing GitHub On-Premise Infrastructure and engineering enablement. Previously, as Director of Engineering at GRIN, key areas of focus included creators management, billing, and reporting. In earlier roles, Byron co-founded Metawell AI, contributing to AI integration and user experience, and held engineering management positions at Ant Group and Netflix, focusing on quality and automation in payments and merchant integration. Byron's career began at Satmetrix and expanded through notable roles at Google, Serenova, and Amazon, coupled with a foundation in Computer Software Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
