Carrie D. currently serves as the VP, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at FICO® since September 2018, overseeing corporate legal functions, governance, securities, and stock plan administration. Prior to this, Carrie worked at Yahoo! Inc. from March 2013 to August 2017 in similar roles, managing significant transactions and corporate governance matters. With a diverse background in corporate law, Carrie held various positions including Senior Corporate Counsel at Encore Capital Group and Assistant General Counsel at CareFusion, where involvement in a major spin-off transaction was notable. Carrie’s early career included serving as an attorney at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Educational credentials include an LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center and a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
