Fernando Barbosa

Fernando Barbosa is an experienced data scientist with a strong background in data analysis and model development across multiple industries. Starting with Banco Votorantim, significant improvements were made to collection models, enhancing prediction accuracy. At Nextel Brasil, Fernando introduced graph analysis to refine customer influence strategies, creating over 30 models that improved vital metrics. Subsequent roles at Noverde, GRUPO SBF, and Cora further honed skills in data science. Currently serving as a Lead Scientist at FICO®, Fernando utilizes advanced data techniques and tools such as R, SQL, and VBA, while having cultivated academic foundations through a Bachelor's degree in Economics from PUC-SP and a Master's degree in Digital Agriculture from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
