Fernando Dobles

Fernando Dobles is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at FICO® since June 2019, previously held roles include Talent Acquisition Lead and SR Recruitment Specialist at ManpowerGroup, and IT Recruiter at BairesDev. Notably, Fernando acted as Recruitment Manager for the Rio2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games, overseeing the recruitment of over 700 staff members.
