Jinty Selmer-Olsen is a seasoned professional in client success and account management, currently serving as Senior Associate Partner for Client Success in Africa at FICO since January 2020, where management of strategic accounts and prioritization of customer feedback are key responsibilities. Previously, Jinty held roles as Associate Partner for Key Account Management and as a Solution Sales Expert focused on compliance and anti-financial crime solutions within the Sub-Saharan Africa region. Jinty also possesses extensive experience in account management, having worked as Account Director at Trainiac SA (Pty) Ltd and as Account Manager at Randgo. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree from AFDA, obtained between 2004 and 2006, complemented by early schooling at Roedean School in South Africa.
