Neil Hartley

Neil Hartley is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and IT management. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at FICO™ since October 2015, Hartley previously held leadership roles such as Head of IT at ION Trading and Operations Director at Newlands Horizons. From March 1994 to July 2013, Hartley was a Senior Director at Thomson Reuters, overseeing Datacentre Operations, with a focus on Platforms and Virtualisation. Prior experience includes managing infrastructure services at Ultima Solutions Ltd. Hartley holds a BA in Metallurgy from the University of Oxford, complemented by an education at Millfield School.
