Qinan Luo is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). As FP&A Director at FICO from August 2021 to November 2023, and previously as Sr. Finance Manager - FP&A, Qinan has demonstrated expertise in financial management. Prior roles include Finance Business Partner at TAL Education Group, where responsibilities encompassed FP&A, data analytics, KPI tracking, and executive decision support for a new venture in the Bay Area, and Sr. Director of Finance & Administration at EMAS Pro, focusing on FP&A, mergers and acquisitions, pricing, and cross-team support. Qinan holds a Master of International Affairs in International Management and Finance from UC San Diego and completed the Management Development Program at Harvard Business School.
