Roger Gonzalez

Roger Gonzalez is a highly experienced professional in the fields of fraud, compliance, and business development. Currently serving as a Principal Pre-Sales Consultant at FICO since October 2019, Roger has held various roles including Senior Pre-Sales Consultant and Senior Client Partner, focusing on platform solutions, fraud, and cybersecurity. Prior to joining FICO, Roger spent over a decade at SmartSoft, where responsibilities included Business Development Director for Mexico and the Caribbean, as well as roles in market research and client engagement. Roger holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering from Universidad Internacional de las Américas.
