Sara Holmdahl

Sara Holmdahl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Systems Analysis at FICO since February 2008, Sara has played a pivotal role in implementing new SaaS delivery tools and enhancing product lifecycle management through innovative solutions like SharePoint 2010. Prior to FICO, Sara held key positions at Honeywell Aerospace, where responsibilities included mentoring PMO project managers and managing project budgets. Sara's early career includes a position as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota and various roles at the Greater Minneapolis Council of Churches and Centro, where significant contributions were made in program development and management. Sara holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Sociology and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
