Siripong (Pol) Roongruangsuwan, Ph.D, ITIL, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and systems implementation across various companies in the technology and financial sectors. Currently serving as Head of Professional Services at FICO® since January 2016, Siripong has led significant projects, including the successful delivery of the Mortgage retail portfolio for a leading Thai bank and completing the Debt Manager project for another top bank. Previous roles include Engagement Manager at Teradata, where achievement included the implementation of a new billing system, and Senior Project Manager at ACI Worldwide, known for delivering key projects under the K-Transformation programme for Kasikorn Bank. Siripong holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology and has a strong background in analyzing, designing, and implementing software solutions, having worked on high-profile projects for various organizations throughout a career spanning over two decades.
