Megan Carpenter

Megan Carpenter began their work experience in 2004 as the Director of Marketing at Signature Resources Insurance & Financial Services. In 2006, they moved on to become the Director of Business Development at Signature Financial Partners, LLC. In 2012, Megan started their own consulting firm called Caritative Wealth Consulting, providing strategic marketing and business development services to financial advisors and investment firms. Caritative Wealth Consulting was later acquired by FiComm Partners in June 2013, where Megan continued to work as the President. At FiComm, they developed winning communication strategies for entrepreneurs in the independent advisory community. Megan also served as a Limited Partner at Outside VC starting in September 2022. In addition, they held positions in various organizations such as the Foundation for Financial Planning as a member of the Development Committee and the CFP Board as the Chair of the Workforce Development Advisory Group. Currently, Megan is the CEO & Co-Founder of FiComm Partners, where they continue to drive recognition, awareness, and credibility for growth-oriented businesses in the wealth management space.

Megan Carpenter completed their high school education at Santa Margarita Catholic High School from 1996 to 2000. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at USC Marshall School of Business from 2000 to 2004.
