Pablo Varela

Pablo Varela is a seasoned Senior Embedded Software Engineer at FICOSA since February 2017, specializing in bootloader development for ADAS ECUs and updating flash blocks for VW group systems. Previously, Varela served as a SW Product Engineer focused on AUTOSAR Software for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems. With extensive experience spanning over a decade in embedded software engineering, Varela's career includes roles at Lear Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed BSW maintenance and development for body controllers, and CTAG-IDIADA, where Varela developed software for microcontroller and DSP-based systems. Varela holds an Engineer's Degree in Automatics and Industrial Electronics and a Telecomunications Technician Engineer degree from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, complemented by a foundational year at La Salle Barcelona.
