Ilina Lilova has a diverse work experience, primarily in the sales, marketing, and operations fields. Ilina started their career in 2000 as an Export Manager at Madara AD, where they developed business relations with external partners. In 2001, they joined FICOSOTA as a Marketing Manager, responsible for marketing research and media buying. Ilina later became the Sales Director, leading sales, research and development, and marketing/brand management. From 2006 to 2019, Ilina served as the Head of Global Business Unit Home and Personal Care, overseeing the strategy development and execution of various categories, brands, and countries. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at FICOSOTA, managing the daily operations and focusing on brand evolution, product offerings, and partnership networks for further growth.
Ilina Lilova completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Sales and Marketing from WU Executive Academy between 2014 and 2016. Ilina pursued their Ph.D. in International Economics at the University of Economics - Varna from 2003 to 2009.
