Savina Praskacheva

Savina Praskacheva is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and people development, currently serving as People Analytics Project Manager at FICOSOTA since May 2018. Previous roles at FICOSOTA include Personnel & People Development Specialist and People Development Assistant. Prior to this, Savina worked as a Recruitment Expert at HRPro.bg from June 2015 to May 2018, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies and managing the entire recruitment process. Savina holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Human Resources, as well as a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Additionally, Savina has bachelor's degrees in Philosophy and Bulgarian Philology from the same institution, complemented by a strong foundational education at Sofia High School of Mathematics.
