Christophe Mikolajczak

Christophe Mikolajczak has been Managing Director of Fidal since March 2020. His 31 years with the firm express the wealth of professional opportunities within the firm.

Holder of a master's degree in business law (Caen), and also a graduate of the DJCE in Poitiers, Christophe began his career in the tax law department of Fidal in Saint-Lô in 1989.

He joined the Caen office in 1994 and there was appointed deputy director of the tax department in 2000. He then successively held the functions of director of the tax department in 2004 and then regional director of Upper Normandy in 2010.

Since the regrouping of the Lower and Upper Normandy regions, he ensures, with Serge Thumser and Bastien Masson the management of a team of 160 employees.

He teaches at the DJCE in Caen, was a member of the supervisory board from 2018 to 2020, and graduated from Talents Up in 2020.

In March 2020, Christophe was elected to the management board of Fidal, alongside François de Laage de Meux and Jean-Godefroy Desmazières. Together, they strive to seize development opportunities for the firm while respecting Fidal's values.
