Jean-François Desbuquois is a partner and National Technical Director of the Wealth and Estate Planning department. As National Technical Director, he guarantees the legal doctrine and technical excellence of his department. He designs service offerings for the firm’s clients. In this capacity, he also manages a team of 40 professionals at the head and regional offices, together with the Department Directors.

Specialized in wealth and estate planning, Jean-François takes part in numerous think tanks and forums with universities, administrations and other specialists in this area. He is a member of the Cercle des fiscalistes and of the Fédération nationale du droit du patrimoine, Chair of the wealth and estate planning committee of the ACE (Avocats Conseil d’Entreprise) and member of the wealth taxation committee of the IACF (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux).

Jean-François has also written numerous articles and given many conferences on these topics, in addition to authoring several reference works (on Dutreil schemes, French wealth tax (ISF) and company shares, real estate wealth tax (IFI)).

Jean-François est également l'auteur de nombreux articles et conférences sur ces sujets, ainsi que de plusieurs ouvrages de référence (les pactes Dutreil, l'ISF et les titres sociaux, l'Impôt sur la fortune immobilière).
