Jason Evans

Jason Evans is the Managing Principal of the Accounting & Finance Practice for Fidato Partners, and has more than 25 years of accounting and reporting experience. He has extensive expertise in accounting for business combinations, consolidations, external and management reporting, planning and forecasting and leveraging technology to drive operational improvements. Jason oversees, manages and performs numerous engagements from financial reporting solutions to accounting standards implementations to business combinations and integrations to enterprise performance management (EPM) system implementations.

Prior to joining Fidato Partners, Jason spent 10 years in financial leadership positions within manufacturing and distribution companies. During that time, Jason developed accounting departments, inclusive of implementing Sarbanes-Oxley 404 (SOX) compliant accounting and reporting internal control environments, global accounting policies, financial consolidation and reporting systems, and document management and workflow systems for accounting and customer contract compliance purposes. Jason started his career within the Assurance Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Drexel University, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
