Jorge Leal Rivera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and consulting. Currently serving as Senior Manager and office head at Fide Partners since June 2021, Jorge manages the Bogotá office, leads a consulting team, and coordinates the commercial strategy across Latin America, specializing in strategy, regulation, M&A, and operations for telecom operators and investors. Prior to Fide Partners, Jorge held various roles at Nae, ETB, Claro Colombia, Huawei, and other companies, where responsibilities ranged from business development and project management to technical engineering in access networks. Jorge possesses a Specialist degree in Services and Networks from the University of Buenos Aires and an Electronic Engineer degree from Universidad Central in Colombia.
