Prakhar Agarwal

Prakhar Agarwal is a consultant at Fide Partners, specializing in digital infrastructure strategy and M&A since September 2023. Previously, Prakhar worked at Capitel Inc. from August 2022 to July 2023, focusing on M&A and strategy consulting in the TMT space. Prakhar also contributed to Combustion Research Associates as a strategist from August 2020 to August 2022, where a new Defence and Aerospace vertical was launched, culminating in an $8 million order book. In December 2019, Prakhar founded the Formula SAE electric team at UC Berkeley, also serving as Chief Mechanical Engineer. Other roles include a mechanical engineering intern at Berkeley Lab and various engineering leadership positions within the Berkeley Hyperloop project. Prakhar served as the Head Facilitator for a mechanical engineering course at UC Berkeley, collaborating with Professor Francesco Borrelli. Prakhar holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed the International Baccalaureate at The British School, New Delhi.
