Lena Thomé

Lena Thomé has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Lena is currently working as a Product Manager for Merchant Onboarding at Fidel API since July 2021. Prior to this, they had a long and successful tenure at Visa, where they held various roles. From December 2019 to June 2021, they worked as a Senior Product Consultant in the Innovation & Design team. Before this, they served as a Senior Loyalty Analytics Manager in the Data Science Lab from January 2018 to November 2019. Lena also worked as a Data Analyst from May 2013 to January 2018 and as a Business Service Support Analyst from August 2010 to April 2013. Lena started their career with Visa as a Consumer Support Representative in October 2009 and continued in that role until July 2010.

Prior to joining Visa, Lena worked at Alexandra plc as an International Account Executive from December 2007 to September 2009. Before that, they served as an Executive for Web Administration and Marketing at Wiminno from September 2006 to August 2007. Lena's earliest work experience was as a Student Research Assistant at the University of Bielefeld - Centre for Teacher Education from June 2004 to August 2006.

Lena Thomé has a diverse education history. Lena obtained a Bachelor's degree in English with a specialization in Text Technology from Bielefeld University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems & Technology at City, University of London from 2009 to 2012.

In 2015, Lena received a Tableau Desktop 9 Qualified Associate certification from Tableau Software. The following year, they obtained the Tableau Desktop 9 Certified Professional certification from the same institution. Additionally, Lena completed the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification offered by Scrum Alliance in December 2019.
