Sean Murray

Sean Murray is an experienced professional in client success and product management, currently serving as Head of Client Success at Fidel API since March 2024. Prior to this role, Murray held positions at BR-DGE as Customer Success Lead and Senior Product Manager, where responsibilities included leading post-sales operations and managing product strategy for a payment orchestration platform. At Visa, from June 2018 to February 2022, Murray focused on client success for data products, including the Visa Analytics Platform and Visa Merchant Screening Service. Murray's career trajectory began in supply chain roles at Shell and Wood Group, and included a position as Property Maintenance Assistant at Aberdein Considine. Murray earned a BA (Hons) in Management from Robert Gordon University between 2009 and 2014.
