Richard Pummell

Richard Pummell is an experienced executive with a proven track record in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President at Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation since January 2019 and as CEO and Founder of workonnex since September 2017, Richard specializes in employee engagement and well-being solutions. Previously, Richard founded Aloe Montserrat, a retreat center, and held senior operational and HR positions at Foley Carrier Services, NuView Systems, and Ceridian, where significant improvements in service delivery and operational efficiency were achieved. Richard's educational background includes an MBA in International Studies from the University of Hartford and a BS in Organizational Development from National Louis University.
