Eden Smith

Eden Smith currently serves as the Vice President Operations at Fidelis Companies. Previously, Eden held the position of Director Of Operations at LHH, where the focus was on efficiencies and financial results while ensuring client, candidate, and colleague satisfaction. Prior to that, Eden worked as a Tax Accountant at Hoya. Educated at Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting Information Management. Eden has also held roles such as Managing Director, Strategic Director, and Executive Recruiter at Parker + Lynch, a direct hire executive search firm. Established in 1972, Parker and Lynch has a strong presence with over 70 offices nationwide.
