Mark Mitchell

Mark Mitchell, Sr has over 35 years of experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. Mark started their career in 1985 at Feintool US Operations, Inc, where they served as the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations. During their time there, they were responsible for overseeing multi-plant operations in several locations.

In 2004, Mitchell joined MPI Products, LLC as the CEO/President. Mark successfully consolidated manufacturing plants and optimized operations, resulting in increased efficiency and cost savings for the company.

From 2013 to 2014, Mitchell worked at Spara, LLC as the President. Mark managed a $200M revenue Industrial Product supplier and navigated the company through bankruptcy. Mark'srole included overseeing various manufacturing processes, such as foundries, stamping, fabrication, and CNC machining.

In 2014, Mitchell joined Prestolite Electric Incorporated as the Chief Operating Officer. Mark was initially hired as a consultant to help transform the company for the Western market, but shortly thereafter became the COO. Mark played a key role in relocating the company's manufacturing facility from Beijing to Weifang, China.

Most recently, Mitchell has been serving as the President and COO of Fidelis Holdings Group LLC since 2020. In this role, they continue to utilize their extensive experience in leadership and operations to drive success for the company. Additionally, Mitchell also worked as an Operations Consultant at KaaB, LLC, where they focused on assisting clients with business optimization and improvement.
