Pamela Shodipo

Pamela Shodipo is a highly experienced banking executive currently serving as the Executive Director for the South Directorate at Fidelity Bank PLC since February 2023. Prior to this role, Pamela held several prominent positions at UBA Group, including Head of Personal Banking Nigeria and Africa, Managing Director at UBA Bénin, and Directorate Head for Lagos 3 & Public Sector. With a career spanning over two decades in the banking sector, Pamela has also worked as Regional Banking Head at UBA Group and served in managerial roles at Zenith Bank Plc and United Commercial Bank Limited. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wales, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Lagos, and further business training at Harvard Business School and Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University.
