Vanessa Mordi

Vanessa Mordi has over two decades of experience in the banking industry. Vanessa began their career as a Scientific Officer at the Raw Materials Research & Development Council in September 1997. Vanessa then moved to Fidelity Union Merchant Bank Limited as a Relationship Officer in March 1998. In May 2000, they became Head of Consumer Banking Division at Societe Generale Bank (Nig) Limited. Vanessa Mordi joined First City Monument Bank Limited in August 2005 as Head of Commercial Banking. Vanessa left First City Monument Bank Limited in October 2006 to join Fidelity Bank as Assistant General Manager & Regional Bank Head, Abuja.

Vanessa Mordi has a certificate of participation in retail banking delivery channel strategy from Jeff & O'Brien Training International in South Africa, a post-graduate diploma in management from the University of Calabar, a diploma in computer science from the University of Abuja, and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Benin. Vanessa also has a West African Examination Council certificate from Idia College in Benin City, Nigeria.

They are on a team with Ovie Mukoro - Assistant General Manager & Regional Bank Head, Mid West, Henry Asiegbu - Assistant General Manager & Regional Bank Head, Awka, and Bartholomew Okonkwo - Assistant General Manager & Chief Information Officer.
