Steve Bowers

Steve Bowers currently serves as EVP and Lehigh Valley Market Executive at Fidelity Bank, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this, Steve was the Lehigh Valley Region President at ESSA Bank & Trust from December 2020 to August 2025, overseeing a $340 million commercial loan portfolio and managing brand awareness and staffing. Steve's career includes leadership roles at Penn Community Bank, BB&T, and Weichert Financial Services, specializing in commercial real estate and construction lending, and demonstrating a consistent record of financial management and client relationship development. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State University, earned between 1994 and 1998. Additionally, Steve has served on the Board of Trustees for the Red Mill Museum Village and as Treasurer for Rotary International.
