David Burgess

David Burgess has a diverse work experience primarily in the financial industry. David began their career as an IT Financial Analyst at Invesco Canada in 2002 and worked there until 2005. In 2005, they joined Fidelity Canada where they held multiple roles, starting as a Financial Analyst and eventually progressing to the role of VP Business Analytics in 2018. Along the way, they gained experience as a Finance Manager, Manager of Finance, and Director of Business Analytics.

David Burgess has a B. Comm. degree in Management Economics & Finance from the University of Guelph, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. David also holds a CPA, CMA degree from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) from 2004 to 2006.
