Diana Godfrey has a diverse and extensive work experience, with a focus on human resources and corporate affairs. Diana started their career at RBC Royal Bank in 1984, working in the Corporate Services department. Diana then moved on to SKF in 1987, where they served as an Accounting Manager until 1993. Following that, Diana joined Sandvik and worked as a Manager in Human Resources until 1995. Diana then joined Fidelity Investments, where they held various roles in Human Resources, including Director from 1998 to 2006. Currently, they are working at Fidelity Canada as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs, a role they assumed in January 2018.
Diana Godfrey has earned a CHRL (Certified Human Resources Leader) degree from the Human Resources Professional Association. Diana has also completed programs at the Centre for Employee Benefits, where they obtained CEB (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) and PPAC (Professional Plan Administrator-Canada) designations. Diana has studied Business at Sheridan College and has obtained several certificates from the Canadian Centre for Diversity & Inclusion, including Foundations Certificate, Influencer Certificate, and Anti-racism Certificate.
