Jolane Folts

Jolane Folts currently serves as the Manager of Employee Learning Solutions and previously held the title of Learning and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Fidelity Canada since October 2013. Prior to this role, Jolane undertook a maternity/parental leave from January 2012 to September 2013. Between May 2004 and July 2011, Jolane worked at Research In Motion, excelling as a Business Solutions Manager/Technical Channel Manager, where responsibilities included managing a significant channel partnership with Verizon Wireless and leading numerous sales initiatives that enhanced revenue and customer retention. Earlier experience spans roles as a Technical Trainer, Technical Writer, Information Engineer, and Documentation Developer at various prominent tech firms, showcasing expertise in technical communication, training development, and strategic planning. Jolane holds a Bachelor of Science in Honours Science and Business Co-op from the University of Waterloo, complemented by extensive professional development activities from 2001 to 2011.
