Lysandre Tansingco

Lysandre Tansingco has a strong background in information security and risk management, spanning over two decades. Lysandre started their career at Punongbayan & Araullo - Grant Thornton Philippines (formerly Ernst & Young) as a Senior Information Officer in the Information Technology Group. Lysandre then joined Island Villas International as a Senior Manager in Management Information Systems. After that, they became a Senior Manager in Information Risk Management at Laya Mananghaya & Co. - KPMG Philippines. Lysandre then moved to Ernst & Young LLP in Toronto as a Manager in Technology and Security Risk Services. Lysandre then joined Manulife Financial as the Director of Global IS Risk Management. Lysandre later joined TD as the Senior Manager of the Risk, Security & Compliance Office in Infrastructure Technology Solutions. After TD, they worked at RBC as the Director of Information Technology Audit in the Internal Audit Services. Currently, Lysandre is the Vice President of Information Security & Project Governance at Fidelity Canada. Throughout their career, Lysandre has obtained certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and CRISC.

Lysandre Tansingco obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 1994. Lysandre also holds additional certifications, including Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) from ISACA in 2011, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in 2008, and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2003. Lysandre is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified by the Philippine Board of Accountants in 1994.
