Ritu Arora

Ritu Arora has a strong background in software development and leadership roles. Ritu is currently working as a Developer Team Lead at Fidelity Canada since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Developer at Critical Mass and T4G Limited in 2018 and 2017 respectively. Ritu also gained valuable experience at Aricent, where they served as a Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer, working on various projects and technologies. Ritu began their career at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant System Engineer and worked their way up to roles such as I.T. Analyst and System Engineer, where they handled clients like RBCD and Deutsche Bank UK.

Ritu Arora obtained a Master's Degree in Information Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including Appian Certified Developer from Appian Corporation in June 2022, Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management from Lynda.com in August 2016, and Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer from Oracle in 2013.
