Kristen Tarsia has extensive experience in overseeing program services in various agencies related to day services and residential programs. Kristen currently holds the position of VP of Strategic Development and VP of Day and Supported Home Care at Fidelity House CRC. Kristen previously worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Career Resources Corporation and as the Director of Day Services at CLASS Inc. Kristen holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Suffolk University and a LEND Certificate from UMass Chan Medical School. Kristen also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
