Dipak Chopra

Dipak Chopra is an experienced professional in process excellence and digital transformation, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Process at Fidelity International since April 2021. With a strong background in strategic leadership, Chopra has previously held significant roles such as Global Head of Process Excellence and Country Head PSO, focusing on global business process standards, governance, and collaboration. Prior to Fidelity International, Chopra was Vice President and Global Lean Digital Transformation Leader at GENPACT, overseeing a substantial IT business across various industries. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Orange Business Services, QAI, and Dell International Services, with expertise in business and process excellence. Chopra holds advanced degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
