Hannah Cole is an experienced professional with a background in human resources and data analytics. Hannah currently serves as the Associate Director, Strategic People Information Lead at Fidelity International, where they are responsible for transforming and delivering the company's people analytics strategy. Prior to this, Hannah worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as the Vice President, Talent Analytics, HR, where they built the talent data analytics capability across EMEA. Hannah has also held roles at The Workshop - Inventors of play, Bupa, Edinburgh International Science Festival, The Woodland Trust, Pemberton Partners, and FUZE Bristol, where they gained experience in HR analytics, project management, leadership development, and communication. Hannah holds an MSc in Conservation and Biodiversity from the University of Exeter.

Hannah Cole has a Master of Science degree in Conservation and Biodiversity from the University of Exeter, which they obtained in 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Joint Honours, specializing in Psychology and Zoology, at the University of Bristol from 2003 to 2006. In 2015, Hannah attended a short course at City, University of London, focusing on Applied MS Excel for Business.
