Jackie Boylan

Jackie Boylan currently serves as the Head of Investor Servicing at Fidelity International, a position held since May 2017, overseeing the Advice, Wealth & Guidance, Client Services, Resolutions, and Vulnerable Clients divisions across the UK, Ireland, and India. Previously, Jackie held the role of Head of the UK Adviser Platform at Fidelity International and has extensive experience in advisory services, highlighted by a tenure at BT Financial Group from 2006 to February 2017, where roles included Head of Customer Relations and Head of Distribution. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Business from the University of Newcastle and multiple graduate diplomas from FINSIA in Financial Planning, Superannuation Management, and Applied Finance and Investment, as well as executive education from INSEAD and Wharton.
