Kathryn Reeves Fcipd

Kathryn Reeves FCIPD is an experienced talent development leader currently serving as Director, Talent Development and Learning at Fidelity International since November 2014. In this role, Kathryn leads a global team focused on enhancing career success and business performance through innovative learning solutions. Previous positions at Fidelity include Learning and Development Lead, where Kathryn was responsible for designing global learning programs and promoting a culture of continuous development, and Talent Partner and Global Diversity and Inclusion Lead, where Kathryn established the company's first D&I strategy. Prior to Fidelity, Kathryn held several roles at EDF Energy, including Diversity and Inclusion Manager and Capability Development Manager, contributing to the implementation of diverse recruitment strategies and talent development initiatives. Kathryn holds a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).
