Matthew Roberts is an Associate Director of Stewardship at Fidelity International, with over 16 years of experience in asset management and proxy advisory sectors, specializing in corporate and regulatory engagement, shareholder voting, and ESG integration. Responsibilities include leading proxy voting in the EMEA and Americas regions, developing voting guidelines, and overseeing voting activities. Prior to this, Matthew served as a Corporate Governance Analyst at Fidelity International and held the position of Senior Research Analyst, Vice President at ISS, focusing on analysis and voting recommendations for shareholder meetings in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
