Nicola Cullin is an experienced professional with a strong background in diversity and inclusion and executive administration. Currently serving as Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Fidelity International since August 2021, Nicola has previously held roles including Diversity and Inclusion Analyst and Personal Assistant within the same organization, contributing significantly to leadership development and talent management. Prior to joining Fidelity, Nicola worked as a Legal PA at PwC and as an Executive Assistant at Fidelity Worldwide Investment, showcasing expertise in supporting senior executives and managing complex schedules. With over nine years of experience at Thames Valley Police, Nicola advanced from a Trainee Administrator to a People Services Advisor and Learning & Development Team Leader, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
