Shishir Saxena

Shishir Saxena has extensive experience in the technology industry, with a focus on engineering and architecture roles. Shishir began their career at IBM in 1999, where they worked as a BPM Architect, specializing in BPM, SOA, and integration solutions for various clients. Saxena also provided support and training in Java and testing for different projects during their time at IBM.

In 2010, Saxena joined Fidelity International as a Solution Architect, where they worked on various technology projects until 2016. Shishir then took on the role of Lead in the Innovation Lab, playing a crucial role in establishing the lab and driving innovation in areas such as AI/ML, Blockchain, and IoT. Saxena's efforts were instrumental in transforming the lab from a concept to a fully functional physical space with incubation cells.

In 2018, Saxena was promoted to the position of Associate Director - Technology at Fidelity International, where they continued to contribute to the organization's technological advancements until 2021. Most recently, they assumed the responsibility of Head of Engineering.
