Naveen Kumar Vemuluri has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Naveen Kumar worked as a Scrum Master/Delivery Lead at Fidelity Life Assurance Company Limited starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Consultant/Scrum Master at Victorian Department of Families, Fairness & Housing from 2022 to 2023. Naveen Kumar also served as a Senior Consultant at JANA Investment Advisers from 2021 to 2021, where they coordinated Scrum ceremonies and helped dev teams achieve sprint goals. Before that, they were a Senior Analyst Engineer at NAB from 2019 to 2021, where they participated in discovery sessions and gathered requirements for the NABBROKER Commissions project. Naveen Kumar also worked as an IT Consultant at Dialog Information Technology in 2018, where they migrated Tuxedo reports to .Net and developed WCF services. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Parexel from 2016 to 2017 and as a Technology Lead at Broadridge from 2012 to 2016, where they developed web applications and implemented data access solutions. Naveen Kumar began their career as a Software Associate at Larsen & Toubro InfoTech Ltd from 2009 to 2012, where they developed and maintained various applications using ASP.Net, C#, WCF, EF, and SQL Server.

Naveen Kumar Vemuluri completed a Diploma of Education in Information Technology at NTTF (Nettur Technical Training Foundation) from 2005 to 2008. Naveen Kumar also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software and Media Applications from Alagappa University, Alagappa Nagar, Karaikudi during the same time period.
