Rajesh Malhotra

Rajesh Malhotra is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Team Leader for Support Application Developers at Fidelity Life Assurance Company Limited since July 2008, Rajesh oversees a team of application support developers, manages technical escalations, and ensures adherence to coding practices. Prior to this role, Rajesh worked as an Application Developer at Auckland University of Technology from January 2005 to June 2008, specializing in software development using VB 6.0. Rajesh holds a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi, as well as a Master Diploma in Computer Programming, System Analysis and Design.
