Alena Polisuk

Alena Polisuk is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in ServiceNow and IT asset management. Currently serving as a Principal ServiceNow Engineer at Fidelity National Financial since April 2025, Alena previously held the position of Information Technology Asset Manager at Sun Life from February 2023 to April 2025. Alena's extensive career at CIBC spanned nearly two decades, during which various roles included ServiceNow Application Consultant, ServiceNow Administrator/Developer, IMAC Process Analyst, Team Leader of the Customer Request Team, and Customer Request Analyst. Alena began a career in technical support at Hummingbird from 1994 to 1997. Alena holds a B.A. in Computer Science from York University and has completed certifications in Fundamental SOA & Service-Oriented Computing, ServiceNow App Creator, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, and ITIL V3 Foundations Certification.
