Melissa Circelli

Melissa Circelli, SHRM - SCP has extensive experience in human resources, primarily in senior leadership roles. Melissa currently serves as the CHRO/Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Fidelity National Financial, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Black Knight Financial Services from 2014 to 2023. Before joining Black Knight Financial Services, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer - Senior Vice President at Fortegra Financial from 2011 to 2014. Melissa also has experience as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Volvo Financial Services from 1995 to 2001.

Melissa Circelli, SHRM - SCP, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Wake Forest University School of Business. Melissa completed the executive MBA program from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, from 1986 to 1990.
