Data Protection / Insider Risk Operations Lead at Fidelity National Financial

William Lockwich, GSLC has a diverse work experience in the field of information security and systems administration. William started their career at McKesson Pharmacy Systems & Automation as a Systems Administrator, where they managed and resolved issues with corporate information systems. William then moved on to Fidelity National Financial as a Data Protection Lead, overseeing data protection initiatives. Later, at BNY Mellon, they held roles as a Senior Specialist Information Security Analyst, focusing on insider threat operations and data loss prevention engineering. At PNC, they worked as an IT Security Incident Response & Digital Forensics Analyst, responsible for maintaining progress tracking mechanisms and investigating potential unauthorized transactions. Most recently, they joined BlackRock as a Vice President - Data Protection Operations Manager, overseeing data protection operations in North America. With their various roles and responsibilities, William Lockwich has gained extensive experience in data protection, insider threat operations, forensics analysis, and systems administration.

William Lockwich, GSLC, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Robert Morris University. William also has obtained the AccessData Certified Examiner v5 (ACE) certification from AccessData. In addition to their education, Lockwich has acquired several certifications, including the GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC) from both GIAC Certifications and the SANS Institute. William has further certifications in Insider Threat Analyst and Insider Threat Awareness from the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. Lockwich also has completed the Overview of Insider Threat Concepts and Activities course from the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University.
