Clayton Bevan

Clayton Bevan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in contact center solutions and systems administration. Currently serving as a Genesys Platform Administrator at Fidelity National Home Warranty since March 2021, Clayton previously held roles as a Senior Contact Engineer/Consultant at The Solutions Group, where skills in automation scripting and interaction analysis were developed. Prior experience includes a position as a Senior Voice Engineer at Fujitsu Americas / HCL and an Applications Analyst role at Capstone/Mutual of Omaha, specializing in Genesys platforms. Notably, Clayton spent 14 years at Genesys - Echopass as a Senior CTI Developer, where the architecture and implementation of cloud-based services for customer service centers were accomplished. Early in their career, Clayton provided IT support at Park City Mountain Resort. Education was obtained from Colorado State University and Fort Lewis College.
