Randy Leeper

Randy Leeper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the title insurance industry, currently serving as Vice President and County Manager at Fidelity National Title since February 2002. Randy's leadership roles include Vice President and Sales Manager for Solano County and multiple vice president positions within the organization. Additionally, Randy has held the role of Vice President and Sales Manager at Chicago Title from September 2009 to September 2014.
