Scott Selkirk

Vice President, Information Technology at Fidelity Residential Solutions

Scott Selkirk has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Scott began their career in 1974 as an Infantry Officer in the Minnesota Army National Guard, holding the rank of Major until their retirement in 1998. Following their military service, they worked as a Consultant/Senior Developer and Team Lead at Quality Systems Integrators, where they led a team in migrating applications and modifying Stored Procedures/Triggers on SQL Server.

From 1999 to 2002, Selkirk worked as a Consultant/Senior Developer and Team Lead at RCM Technologies, where they created and maintained applications using SQL Server. Scott then joined Comsys IT Services as a Consultant/Senior Developer, focusing on enhancing and adding functionalities to applications using Unix and Sybase.

In 2004, Selkirk worked as a Consultant/Senior Developer at Dahl Consulting, where they developed and supported PowerBuilder applications on Unix Red Hat OS. Scott later joined Univita Health Inc as an Employee/Architect I/Team Lead, leading an engineering team and collaborating with various groups to deliver successful projects using MS SQL Server.

Selkirk's next role was as a Consultant/Senior Developer at The Judge Group, where they liaised between IT management and team members to design, develop, and test functional components. Scott also maintained and supported production environments and improved performance.

Prior to their current position at Fidelity Residential Solutions, Selkirk worked at Select Resource Solutions, Inc. and Express Scripts as a Consultant/Developer and Consultant/Senior Developer, respectively.

Currently, Selkirk holds the position of Vice President, Information Technology at Fidelity Residential Solutions, where they oversee IT operations and manages projects. Scott has extensive experience in IT management, system design, and project execution.

Scott Selkirk earned a certificate in Electronics from Winona Technical College from 1975 to 1977. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Information Systems at Metro State University from 1988 to 1992.
