Sarah Mitchell is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and account management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Fidelity TalentSource since October 2021, Sarah focuses on recruiting diverse candidates for positions within one of the largest financial services firms globally. Previously, Sarah held multiple roles at Aerotek from December 2013 to October 2021, including Account Manager and Recruiter, demonstrating a strong background in client relations and staffing solutions. Prior to Aerotek, Sarah worked as an Account Manager at Genuity Concepts and gained initial experience as a Sales Intern at GetZeek, Inc. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2012.
